Fahreheit 451

Ray-Bradburys-Fahrenheit-451-14443005-5This movie directed by Truffaut — which I remembered in b/n! — is based on Ray Bradbury’s homonymous scifi novel, a black utopia, or a dystopia. It’s our story in the future, where fire fighters burn books because they are forbidden, instead of putting out fires. I can’t tell you the ending, but if you’re in the Audiobook Project make sure you watch it asap, especially if you think that learning one page by ear by heart is a big deal!! 🙂

(Ray Bradbury also wrote a collection of scifi stories called The Illustrated Man, and The Martian Chronicles, a name that was taken up by a money-making talk show in Spain — like what happened to George Orwell‘s Big Brother from his scifi novel called 1984).

Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11 gets the name from Ray Bradbury’s novel. Guess why.
