Australia: extra listening activity for Intermedio!

Aboriginal Art

Today I’ve been in bed, so I had the chance to do quite a bit of listening to audiobooks. The Burlington rep visited and gave me copies of some audiobooks for Baccalaurate students. I asked for them because they have their glossaries in 4 of the languages spoken in Spain, and I simply love that! Also, because Intermediate groups have people with very different levels, and I was considering making everyone read/listen to a couple of these in the first half of the course next year. I know this is below the B1 level Intermediate students should be reaching this year, but I think listening to this one (it’s for free, you can download the audios!) on Australia will be helpful, and it can get you started in considering direct/indirect speech, too. Enjoy!
